		<description>If anyone is wondering why the "most recently commented posts" sidebar display isn't working, I don't know.  It's happened a couple of times before, and eventually repaired itself.  I suspect it's one of numerous consequences of a tired, outdated Movable Type system (with an inadequate database engine for the size of the site) that is currently powering Troppo.  As soon as I get a spare moment, I'll be assisting Nicholas to move over to a new domain for Troppo with more current, robust blogging software driving it.  In the meantime please bear with us.
