I think it should be focussed on understanding how your actions impact the happiness of yourself and others. That's all. This would assume revision (covered in the previous two) but gives the 'framework' a definitive aim, which I think is necessary to provide differentiation from the mechanics of re-evaluation. Also, the happiness aspect is universal enough to presume that all cultures can be, indeed (as you say) should be, incorporated. One question however: does reading this make you unhappy, or feel anything at all? If so, I wonder if I should desist from prosecuting my particular brand of guiding philosophy? I ask this in all seriousness as I really have no idea what the answer is.
