What about the story that the CSIRO had to decide circa 1950 whether to put serious resources into rainmaking or computers and they went for rainmaking? 

The index to the big book does not have rainmaking and I don&#039;t have time to read a lot of text. Anyone out there a full bottle on that bit of history?</description>
