Interesting. The dichotomy is older than one might think.

Personally I think the Cult aspect of Obama is a cause for worry. I like what he says about pragmatism and about science. I find that he’s very articulate and impressive but his critics do have a point. I guess we’ll see won’t we.

Still it’s good we don;t have Dubya no more. This posture where ignorance an smug chauvanism equals virtue is tiresome.

I can’t understand the adoption of Christianity (maybe I’ll have to read the book), but I feel I understand Obama better now.

But talk about big expectations! :-)
