I remember once spending half-an-hour at Schipol watching in horrified fascination as the bags were thrown around. I have never put anything fragile in a commercial airline&#039;s hands since.

And in my happily not too extensive experience, ALL American airlines suck, and at least 80% of European ones are pretty good at sucking too. I have never seen a better argument against national industry protection!</description>
