A reminder that the "29 bullshit expressions in a single sentence" contest remains open until Friday afternoon. The contest has already attracted some quality entries, the last from William Burroughs' Baboon, who is himself about to initiate a new contest where contestants must "submit a comment - of up to about 350 characters (including punctuation and whitespace) - giving a psychopolitical portrait of Miranda Devine."

    I suppose he's chosen Miranda because Phillip Adams is so far past redemption that any psychological portrayal can at best be a pitiful caricature.

    Ron, I think it's entirely possible to envisage an entry that would be equally reflective of both. You should put it to Babs.
