   An unsolicited testimonial.

   Wherever Wicking went for the January break, it certainly recharged his funny. Not one but two great punchlines in the final panel.

   Does Ned have a theme song? And if not, would he like one? I'm thinking acid banjo here.

   It's obvious enough, Penny Wong does all the jobs that Peter Garratt would have been doing if only Peter didn't have the annoying habit of blurting out the truth at the most inconvenient times.
