   I once flew on a small charter airline between the US and Mexico. Their safety demonstration was done with the a big cheesy voiceover, and ultra-smiling flight attendants. I was only half paying attention when I realised something was a little off - the voiceover was saying things like "This is a non-smoking flight. If any passengers are caught smoking they will be asked to step outside." There were a few mentions of "crashing" and other words not normally heard by airline staff. It was basically a giant piss-take, and the weird thing was that I seemed to be the only passenger that noticed. Everyone else appeared to be reading or talking.

   I don't think anything short of actually naked flight attendants could get the attention of the average business traveller. I travely quite rarely compared to many people and I couldn't watch the whole thing even if I was inclined to do so.
