Every now and again, someone resigns in a position in which someone figures out a cute way to draw.  Bobby Fischer may have resigned in his first (played) game in his famous match with Boris Spassky in Reykjavik. But a few years later in Reykjavik Jaukur Angantysson who had a rating around 2,220 which makes him no slouch (that's International Master level) played a fancy sacrifice. He pushed his e pawn in the position below, sacrificing his queen. And things went according to plan. He played Bd4 and his opponent resigned - in a won position! You can play the game here.
