    Fabulous

    British crowds can sing a lot better than Australian ones – who don't generally sing. British crowds at the football sing all the time.

    They certainly do! I was once stuck on a Melbourne tram in a traffic jam; most of the people on board were British soccer fans. They started singing songs ("You all live in a convict colony, a convict colony", etc etc). They sounded great, and I don't think they repeated a tune in the half hour or so we were stationary.
